We’re so sure you’ll love our products that we’ll refund you in full if you don’t.

If you’re not satisfied, just return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days. We’ll even cover the shipping on both ends - that’s how confident we are.

Need to return or exchange?

  1. Email us at support@heavydsparks.com letting us know if you’d like an exchange or a refund.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and a unique RMA #.
  3. Pack up the item in it’s original packaging (or anything else sturdy).
  4. Print and tape the return label to the outside of the package.
  5. Write your RMA # just below that label.
  6. Drop the package off at your nearest post office (USPS Priority shipping).


**VERY IMPORTANT**
Unless the item(s) are defective, eligible purchases made during our truck giveaways are non-refundable if returned after the end of the promotional period.

After the promotional period has ended, you may return item(s) purchased, and if eligible for a return, you may have your choice of another item of equal value, or we will issue you a Gift Card for the equivalent value to be redeemed at your convenience.

If we allowed refunds for purchases during our truck giveaways, customers could simply return their purchase for a refund because they didn't win. Since your purchase earned you entries to win (and we can't 'return' your entries once the giveaway has ended), and to continue to be able to support and offer our giveaways, we must enforce this policy.

As noted when placing your order, please allow extra time for fulfillment during the truck giveaway promotional period.

Although our websites may provide shipping time frames, these are only estimates. They are not meant to be promises or commitments of arrival times. Please do not rely on them for your item to arrive according to those dates. Shipping time frames vary depending on many things including how many orders we receive, status of inventory, service levels and more. Please be patient and we will contact you with a tracking number as soon as it is available. Sparks Motors Co and all related entities are not responsible and cannot be held liable for the timing and/or quality of any shipping services.

LIMITATION OF PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Only one (1) promotional item, if available, may be added per completed order.  Under no circumstances may a customer add more than one (1) promotional item, if available, to any completed order.  Sparks Motors Co and its entities reserve the right to remove any additional promotional items mistakenly added or allowed to a single completed order.
